This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data of users of the Long Life Coach website and application available at: https://health.rentumi.pl

Long Life Coach is currently in the MVP / pilot stage. The purpose of the application is to support physically active people in organizing healthy routines, training, recovery, supplementation, stretching, breathing exercises and basic health-related lifestyle data.

Long Life Coach is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or make medical decisions, and does not replace consultation with a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

2. What data we process

Depending on how you use the website or application, we may process the following categories of data:

Data provided by the user

  • e-mail address,
  • name, if provided,
  • consent to be contacted regarding the pilot program,
  • information entered manually in the application, such as supplements, workouts, notes, goals and reminders.

Activity and lifestyle data

After the application is launched and after you provide the appropriate consent, we may process data related to:

  • workouts,
  • physical activity,
  • sleep,
  • heart rate,
  • HRV,
  • steps,
  • recovery,
  • supplementation,
  • stretching,
  • breathing exercises,
  • wellbeing,
  • data from wearable devices or health applications.

Lab result data

If you decide to add lab results, the application may process data from:

  • blood tests,
  • urine tests,
  • stool tests,
  • other results entered by the user.

The application may highlight values outside reference ranges, but it does not diagnose, treat or replace medical advice.

3. Purposes of data processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • managing sign-ups for the Long Life Coach pilot,
  • contacting users about early access and the first version of the application,
  • providing application features,
  • sending reminders about supplements, workouts, stretching and breathing exercises,
  • organizing data related to activity, recovery and healthy lifestyle,
  • generating basic insights and summaries,
  • highlighting potential anomalies in data provided by the user,
  • improving the quality and security of the website and application,
  • responding to user inquiries.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

  • user consent — in particular for pilot sign-up, e-mail contact, connecting external data sources or processing health-related data,
  • performance of a service or actions taken before the service is launched,
  • legitimate interest of the controller, such as ensuring security, handling inquiries, developing the product and preventing abuse,
  • legal obligations, where applicable.

Health-related data is processed only when the user provides it, imports it or gives appropriate consent.

5. Data from wearable devices and external services

In the future, Long Life Coach may allow users to connect external data sources, such as sports watches, wearable devices, health applications or fitness platforms.

Such data will only be collected after the user gives appropriate consent.

The user may disconnect the data source or withdraw consent in the application settings or in accordance with the rules of the external service.

6. Health-related data and application limitations

Some data processed in the application may be considered health-related data.

Long Life Coach may help organize such data and highlight values outside reference ranges, but the application:

  • does not diagnose diseases,
  • does not provide treatment,
  • does not recommend medical therapy,
  • does not replace a doctor,
  • does not replace medical tests,
  • should not be used in medical emergencies.

All decisions regarding health, treatment, supplementation, symptoms or lab results should be discussed with a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell users’ personal data.

We do not sell health data, workout data or data from wearable devices.

Data may be shared only with entities that help us maintain and develop the website or application, such as:

  • hosting providers,
  • contact form providers,
  • e-mail service providers,
  • database providers,
  • analytics tools,
  • AI service providers,
  • security tools.

Data is shared only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

8. AI services

Long Life Coach may use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights and recommendations related to healthy lifestyle, activity, recovery, supplementation, stretching and data organization.

AI services are not used to diagnose, treat or make medical decisions.

If a specific AI feature requires transferring data to an external technology provider, this will be done only to the extent necessary to provide that feature.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Data from the pilot sign-up form is kept until:

  • the pilot program ends,
  • consent is withdrawn,
  • a deletion request is submitted,
  • or for a maximum of 24 months from the date of sign-up.

Application data is kept until:

  • the account is deleted,
  • the data is deleted by the user,
  • consent is withdrawn,
  • or the service is terminated.

10. User rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • obtain a copy of your data,
  • correct your data,
  • delete your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • transfer your data,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

11. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

In particular, we may use:

  • access control,
  • server security measures,
  • backups,
  • permission management,
  • security monitoring.

12. Cookies

The Long Life Coach website may use cookies or similar technologies for:

  • proper website operation,
  • traffic analysis,
  • improving website quality,
  • security,
  • remembering user preferences.
